There are different ways to measure in porn: from the bottom, from the side, or from the top. If measuring from the top, you get to add an inch, per one website I recall reading years ago. So a 10 incher in porn is really 9, and a 9 is really 8, etc. Once over 10, then they can say 11, 12 or even 14 for some porn guys, which becomes a promotional gimmick.
