To tell the truth, Joey "12-Inch" Albano never had a foot-long dick, nor did he ever make such a silly claim. (Latino Fan Club stuck him with that moniker years ago.) But, as both this old photo and the more recent clip (just posted by elansvc) richly demonstrate, he had a special something that won him legions of fans who remain loyal--passionately so--even to this day.
