I would say that this really looks like an altered photo. The dorsal vein takes a dive as it approaches the "real head area" and then vanishes not appearing in the darker two thirds of the cock. The dark area begins with a crescent arch as the corona of a cockhead, then there is the dimple where the urethra would be if unaltered. At least that the way I see it--kinda nice though.
