Heurtebise, this is the same guy whose picture you just posted in that fine set of vintage photos ("Mystery Meatman exposed")--seen here in the best-known shot of him, which I uploaded back in 2009. (I then yanked it during Devi8tor's sabotage campaign last year.) This guy and his shlong had been circulated for decades without anyone offering any info about him. As you see, his face seemed painted over, and it wasn't even clear when the pix were taken. (Late 50s/early 60s is my guess.) Yours is the first shot where his real features are seen, so maybe his identity & story will emerge before too long. I certainly hope so!
