A peek into Patrick's boudoir

I hope our highly esteemed webmaster won't mind my sharing this bit of décor indiscretion: a close-up glimpse of his bedside table. Created in 1781 for Catherine the Great, it is graphic proof that she was second to none--including any of us--as a voracious size queen. Indeed, just like Patrick--who acquired this lovely item at auction--she was an empress at it!
