Here's Billy (often called 'Billy the Kid') a smart-assed but sweet-tempered hustler from Manhattan's Upper East Side who was one of Karl's faves from days of old. (His pix really pushed K's buttons, and I suspect K would have pushed back hard--with a tongue both flickering & subtle--on the little button seen in this alluringly come-hither pose.) Since ginger-haired Billy was Irish on both sides-- and would surely have 'taken off from work' along Third Avenue long enough to join the parade on Fifth--this seems like the ideal day to post his picture.
