I've seen that rooftop pool more than once before (is that the skyline of Rio or Sao Paulo?) but I can't recall ever having seen this particular kid splashing around in it. Whoever he is, I'd say he upholds Brazil's long-standing reputation as a great place to go for major meat. [Location, location, location! I guess I got it all wrong. See comments. the building in the middle of the picture,that has an upside down triangle & then a peak, is the Lowes Hotel on 16th, to the right of that, the tallest building is the Setai on Collins & 20th
