NEVER justified, however, is deliberately taking a clip someone else found & edited down to under 50MB for special use here. If matriks's objective was to popularize Ian Scott, he should find & edit something new. (I suspect, though, his real objective was renewing his unlimited access here!) THAT'S my point.
