Hello. Don't ask me about the download option. I have been trying to get an answer out of the site administrator for the past two weeks. I don't know if or when the download option will be returning. If I were you, I would submit a ticket via the "Contact Support" option at the bottom of the page. If enough of us complain, they might do something positive about it. Take it easy.
