I agree. As a paid subcriber you guys should have spent the time and the money to beta test it for a longer period and invest in efficient programmers. Many videos do not play, many are not uploaded, many are terrible quality with large pixels. One who does not do due diligence in this arena, loses customers quickly. Sorry but I the quality of this rollout was faulty, and still is.

I don't know about you guys with the redesigned website, but it's increasingly failing to display the videos I upload. Generally speaking, there's no noticeable improvement. I much preferred the old site.
