Sometimes you can get lucky if you do a Google reverse image search on a screengrab from the video. Or use Google Lens if you're on Android already. If that doesn't find anything you can click "find image source" and you may get lucky with that. This video is posted in like 50 other places but I didn't notice any titles with the guy's name, but you might find someone mention him in one of those results....
