Handsome and Worth a Look

This guy was described as a "thug." I don't understand the description unless the person feels anyone with a tattoo qualifies as a thug. But he seems like a handsome guy. And although I am not partial to tattoos, personally, the really unique ones are to be admired. I like his design.
