Yes, phreddie points out an overlooked downside to letting spam accumulate. If you shrug & adopt a just-pass-it-by attitude to the debris, you risk missing a great clip like this one by mistaking it for spam.

Despite the first, fleeting impression, this ISN'T spam, but a clip that really & truly offers us a monstercock--the one that belongs to Mr. Kane (as he was called in his Killergram days) AKA Jez Christ. The fact that one might easily lose out on seeing it is one of the additional annoyances--and unforeseen consequences--of having so much spam around.
