Another webcam session

I am pissed about manipulated ratings - no idea how this works, what it is good for and who does it but i am sure this person is an idiot.
Consequence: Ratings are disabled - but you still can leave a comment.
Notice: As it seems that not even disable rating helps i also could enable them.
