@2029880....I use iMovie (sometimes Final Cut) and really that's the toughest part. I spend about 20-30 minutes editing and then about 30 minutes rendering in HD quality, then I plug it into Handbrake and that part, the transcoding and coverting, only takes me a couple minutes.
@mwlsu ... i didnt claim that real player tool is the BEST way, i only think it is the EASIEST way. I personally dont want to spent hours and hours with transcoding, converting and editing clips ... and than getting stupid comments from people never posted a single clip. You know what i mean. I have plenty hot clips for upload but i am simply not in the mood to convert them all. So i stop posting until upload works correct again.

@diatribe-the easiest way to cut down a video is using the real player tool. If the clip is still to big after cuting the beginning and maybe the end you can post it in two or more parts, so i do.
