My first saline inflation. Just 1 litre in this video. I think I couldve taken another half litre. Ill try that next time.

There's a lot you can do, but whether it's really sensible is another matter entirely. What I want to briefly mention here are the many people who end up in emergency rooms and pay for the madness they create with their scrotums with amputation. Whether that's sensible remains to be seen; the risk of infection is not insignificant. I want to urgently warn against this fashionable nonsense.

injecting saline into the balls ...many are doing it now man .... like tattoes man ....where do we buy this stuff man and inject it .....can a doctor do it for me man

Yuk! This kind of stuff is just out of order. These guys are doingthemselves real damage. Natural big bollock yes! Saline pumped up ones, no way!!
