Playing doctor

Alice Romain isn't really a doctor--she just plays one in this scene. Her patient is Ian Scott, but I have no idea what brought him to her office--since it's a 45-minute clip and I fast-forwarded straight to the action. It gets underway with Ian on the examining table, giving us a rare chance to examine his monsterpiece in its hooded repose.(Lounging atop a mound of monsternuts, it's more thrilling a sight than most guys' hardest hard-on.) The good doctor tries everything to cure what ails him--palpation, titfucking, ballsucking, and even foot-frottage--but it's a dose of good-old fashioned head that finally brings him true relief. (Full disclosure: I dropped more than 20 minutes of vigorous fucking along the way, so maybe I'll edit another version featuring the rest of this eventful office visit.)
