I agree that its Mr. Donovan. You may also be interested to know that he is a really nice guy, down to earth, friendly. In the early 80s, he & I lived in the same apt. bldg in San Diego. He shared an apt w/his lover, a drag-queen active in the local community and the Imperial Court.

Two observations: Big Floppy looks good but softies don't work on back doors. I've never been able to look straight into an ear canal before. I'd also rather hear ambient noise than music. Dirk has done much better.

Yes, it's Rick Donovan. By some accounts, Rick (a Mexican-American sailor from the San Dego area) was 'discovered' by Dirk Yates; by others, it was William Higgins who found him and launched his career with "Sailor in the Wild." Since that film and the first "Barracks Glory Hole" were released at roughly the same time, either or both accounts, in light of Donovan's uncredited work for Yates, could be considered accurate.
