The movie, as noted below, is "Raw Hide," but I think Lisa got the scene from this old, old posting:

Well, that's Lisa for you, elan. "She is amazing." And I think that sonny (who became her pen-pal not too long ago) may be doing a little tutoring. But, seriously, I'm sure you'd agee that we Americans & Brits ought to be impressed that anyone would take the trouble to learn our rather difficult language--especially since relatively few of us do so ourselves--and even fewer master a foreign tongue.

The title is indeed, "Raw Hide" and there is another called "Rawhide." When did lisa learn English?

Released (VHS) in 1994. The title, btw, seems to have been "Raw Hide" (two words), something to keep in mind when looking it up.
