In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, I put up a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference I provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. I do need a valid email address from you to answer.

Use my helpdesk if ...

  • you never received your verification mail and want to get verified
  • you forgot your username and/or your password
  • you uploaded videos and want to aks for a free premium account
  • you have a technical problem with the website
  • you have found a video that violates a Copyright
  • you have a problem with billing
...and of course for any other topic not listed above.
